Frequently Asked Questions

Artwork Information

Are all of the pieces yours?

Absolutely! With the exception of a few free stock photos for blog posts, everything you see on this website is my creative work. Each piece of art and each writing has been purposefully crafted by me.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom orders are accepted. However, given high demand, the artist's ability to accept particular projects may be limited. If you would like to inquire further, contact the artist here.

What is an Artist Proof?

Artist Proofs are the most intimate pieces. In addition to a high quality 11" x 14" print, signed, numbered, and notated as being a part of the Artist Proof series, you will receive a copy of the handwritten author's note that accompanies the piece you have purchased. Each note will also be signed individually by the artist, numbered, and notated. The Artist's Note and the Artist Proof are numbered together, so that owning a numbered pair signifies its own unique artwork. The Artist's Note and the Artist Proof are meant to be displayed together in order to be appreciated fully.

What is a Limited Edition?

Limited Editions are prints that are restricted to a set print-run. For each of the Limited Editions, only those printed during the first print-run will ever be sold. Once those prints are gone, they will not be printed again. As such, each one is individually signed and numbered by the artist before being sent to you. Each print is 11" x 14".

What is an Archival Print?

Archival Prints are the same image as the Limited Editions, but they are 8" x 10" instead of 11" x 14". They will not be signed or numbered. However, they will always be available. The word archival refers to the quality of paper on which your print will be made.

Where are the Original Paintings?

Though they are not listed on the page, original paintings are for sale. If you would like to purchase one of the original canvases, please inquire about the painting that interests you here.

What is a Giclee Print?

The term giclee refers to the process of producing archival quality reproduction of an original artwork. The process creates fade-resistant, high quality canvases or paper.

How does payment work?

For pre-made artwork, all funds are due upon purchase, and you may pay through the website. These payments are typically made via mailed check.
